Tom Condon, Jr. has been involved in real estate since 1987 and with The BETZ Companies beginning in January of 1994. Condon specializes in investment properties, land transactions (including commercial, industrial and residential tracts) and the sale of commercial (office and industrial) buildings. His prior experience in representing Financial Institutions in all facets of the disposition of assets enables him to provide his current clients a distinct advantage in the successful resolution of the challenges faced in today's real estate market.
Condon graduated in 1982 from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance. He then spent 9 years with First City Bancorporation in multiple assignments involving operations, leasing, Commercial and Real Estate Lending, loan work-outs and ultimately managing and marketing a diversified portfolio of foreclosed properties. Condon then was recruited to Banc One's Bonnet Resources Corporation where he spent the following 3 Ĺ years expanding his expertise in the marketing and disposition of an even wider array of assets in Texas and other states.
A native Texan, Condon has lived in the Greater Houston area since 1968. Currently he resides in Magnolia with his wife, Melinda, and daughters, Mary Lu, Caitlin and Elissa, and enjoys his horse activities, hunting, athletics and participating in community and non-profit service projects. Condon is an active member in The Houston Board of Realtors, The Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County Inc. and St. Theresa Catholic Church. He is a Life Member in the Houston Alumni Organization, The 100 Club and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (active member of the Horspitality Committee), along with several horse related associations.
