Ron Dagley - President, Raymond R. Betz Interests, Inc. Ron Dagley heads up the commercial land investment division of The Betz Companies. He is responsible for managing and marketing property for over 30 partnerships with property value in excess of $225 million in the Houston area. He has a vast experience in commercial real estate marketing, development and management beginning in 1972 and with The Betz Companies since March of 1992. Recent transactions have involved Transwestern Commercial, Moody Rambin, Fuller Commercial, Trend Development, Read/King, Yancey Hausman, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and various apartment, hotel and retail developers. Ron graduated in 1970 from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Behavioral Management Science. After two years working with an oil related service company, he worked for twenty years with a diversified real estate development, construction and brokerage company performing responsibilities including project manager, commercial and residential brokerage and property management. A native Texan, Ron has lived in the Houston area since 1964. He currently lives in the west Houston/Katy area where he and his wife of forty years raised three children and are in the process of spoiling their eleven grand children. Ron is an avid golfer and enjoys time with his family and fishing. He is an active member of his church where her serves as a small group leader. He is active member of The Houston Board of Realtors, the West Houston Association, the North Houston Association and several local chambers. BACK |
