Larry Marks Larry Marks, Senior Vice President of Betz Commercial Brokerage, Inc. has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate. He has been affiliated with the Betz companies since 1995 and has been included in the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate for the years 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2004. He was also the Top Producer for Betz Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in 2002 and 2004. Mr. Marks specializes in the brokerage of Investment Properties including Medical Office and Healthcare Properties, Industrial Buildings and Single Tenant Net Leased Properties nationwide. He has closed over $200 million is sales including: 15 Medical Office Buildings totaling over 1,100,000 sf Larry Marks graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 with a BBA and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. |
