Darin C. Gosda has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage & development, commercial banking, and accounting. His brokerage transactions have exceeded $275 million, with various clients/entities:

American National Insurance Company; Parkway Properties, Inc.; Regency Centers, Inc.; Wal-Mart; HEB; Primrose Schools; Le Petite Academy; Friendswood Development; Perry Homes; Royce Homes; SystemsUnion; Panattoni Development; HomeUSA; Picerne Development; Granite Properties; Hollywood Video; Buffets, Inc. (Ryan’s Family Steakhouses); Sears Holdings / Garden Ridge Pottery; Sherwin-Williams; Ridgway’s; Whataburger; Boston Market; The Q Sports Club; and The Wortham Foundation.

Notably, Gosda represented Sunrise/Colony Capital’s 500-acre, $35 million acquisition of Andrau Airpark for their development of The Fred Couple's Signature Course @ Royal Oaks Country Club; a 1,400 redevelopment of the Blaketree National Golf Course; American Health Properties/LaSalle Partners $52 million acquisition of One Fannin Center (a 214,000 square foot Columbia Healthcare facility within the Texas Medical Center); sublease of two, 130,000 square foot Great Indoors/Sears Holdings to Garden Ridge Pottery; and Argovitz/Weitzman Group’s 70-acre development of The Crossing @ 518 (a 300,000 square foot, retail power center including Wal-Mart, Old Navy, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and JCPenney).

Repeatedly Mr. Gosda has been recognized, not only as a top producer with sales records for Betz, but also annually among “Houston's Heavy Hitters; Who’s Who in Houston’s Commercial Real Estate” by the Houston Business Journal. Previously Mr. Gosda was an real estate broker for a foreign real estate investment advisory company, Vice President of First Heights Bank (a Pulte Home subsidiary), and an Experienced Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Company - Houston.

Mr. Gosda graduated from Cum Laude from Baylor University in 1985 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, where he was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, and Beta Alpha Psi, Gamma Beta Phi and the Baylor Soccer Team.

Mr. Gosda is licensed as a certified public accountant and as a real estate salesman in the State of Texas. He is the Associate Teaching Director of Community Bible Study, a member of Christ the King Presbyterian Church, a founding member of Royal Oaks Country Club, and a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Mr. Gosda was born in Ogallala, Nebraska, but has become a naturalized Texan since living in Corpus Christi, Austin, Waco and Houston since 1976. He enjoys family and hunting, fishing, golf, skiing, biking, ranching and traveling. Mr. Gosda lives in Royal Oaks Country Club in west Houston.
