Colin D. McLeod, - Vice President & Senior Property Manager

Colin McLeod heads up the property management and asset management division for the Betz Companies. In this role, he has been responsible for the Betz portfolio of properties that included over 190,000 square feet of Office, 213,000 square feet of Retail and 597,000 square feet of Industrial Warehouse and Service Centers. Asset Management responsibilities also included the acquisition, renovation (in excess of $13 million), operation and subsequent disposition of 31 apartment complexes valued in excess of $125 million containing over 5,000 units in Houston and Dallas., Texas.

Colin graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. After graduation, he became a Vice President for Gibraltar Savings/First Nationwide Bank where he supervised personnel in administering a commercial loan and real estate owned portfolio in excess of $3 billion. Additional responsibilities included managing seven statewide residential construction lending teams in the State of Texas.
