BETZ REALTY INVESTORS, L.C. acquires, develops and redevelops properties. Maintains development, leasing and asset management oversight of a growing portfolio of retail, industrial, medical/professional, and hotel properties.
BETZ/U.S. STORAGE VENTURES is a long-term joint venture with U.S. Storage Rental Spaces, Inc. to develop, lease, and own mini-storage facilities. There are currently
nine projects in operation, under the leadership of Karl Willmann. Total asset value of this growing division is in excess of $30 million.
