Through its partnerships, The BETZ Companies has developed and currently operates nine U.S. STORAGE RENTAL SPACES mini-storage facilities in the greater Houston area. The geographic distribution ranges from The Woodlands in the north to Deer Park in the east to Cinco Ranch in the west to inside the loop at T.C. Jester.

The facilities have been located and developed with the exact demographics of the target area in mind, in respect to the sizes of the individual storage units, overall scope, and percentage of climate-controlled area.
