In conjunction with a Houston based hotel
developer, Valencia Hotels, Inc., four hotels have been constructed
and are open for operations.
Austin, Texas - The 102 room Hampton Inn & Suites
located near the Austin International Airport and the 209 room
Hampton Inn & Suites located in downtown Austin.
San Antonio, Texas - The 214 room Hotel Valencia Riverwalk located
on the Riverwalk at Houston Avenue.
San Jose, California - The 214 room Hotel Valencia Santa Row located
in the Santa Row Development which is being developed by federal Realty Investment Trust.
